The second half of this session supports you through energy work, somatics, breath work, meditation and/or vocal healing. True North is here to help you connect to yourself deeply, nourish and rejuvenate you on all levels. Mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically and spiritually.

There are no refunds. You may reschedule if you need to change your existing appointment for any reason. Must give 24 hours notice. Any no show will result in no refund and will not be rescheduled.
